At Rooftop Systems, most of our flat roof installations in in Telford follow a 4 step process. We only use Firestone products which means your new roof will have a lifespan of around 50 years.
We strip off the existing flat roof back to bare beams.
The roof is then insulated and re-boarded with 18mm OSB.
The water-based adhesive is then applied to the newly fitted 18mm OSB.
The Firestone Rubber membrane is then fitted and attractive edge trims seal the perimeter.

We have removed the existing asbestos flat roof from this garage, fitted new wooden beams and boards, and laid the Firestone rubber in one piece. Fascias, soffits and guttering have been fitted to the perimeter.
