Jack responded promptly... to all contacts, Andy came to survey the job, as arranged and George and his team attended and did everything outlined on their website. I was invited to look at the work at numerous stages and was completely satisfied with what I saw. The work was completed and George methodically went through the entire process with me ensuring total understanding of what had been done. The site was left tidy and the end result looks superb. Jack( owner ) contacted me on day1 to confirm their interest. Jack’s business partner Andy visited the following day to assess the work and provide a quote. Timescale was important to me . Jack phoned me on Day 3 and told me he could reschedule his work program and fit me in. George and two of the team turned up on Day4 and replaced the roof to my satisfaction. Rooftop installations have just fitted new (boxed in) fascia boards, guttering and pipes to our 1920s semi. We couldn’t be... happier. The finish is superb. Gav and Chris are both very skilled and knowledgeable and were great at keeping us informed. There were a couple of hitches (as to be expected with an older property) but they overcame these and the end result has exceeded our expectations. We’re so glad we used Rooftop Installations and would definitely recommend.
